Which food groups can improve internal acidic environment?

Kunbu, a.k.a. sea weeds, or ogame, is the king of alkaline food. More kunbu you eat can improve your acidic body effectively. When you feel tired, exhausted, or sores and pains everywhere in your body, try kunbu.

Besides, people often say that tea can rid of tiredness. Other than stimulation element in teas, teinne can “neutralize” acidic element in the body and relaxes tiredness.

Acidic nature is a result of ingesting high fat contents, high proteins, and high temperature food. We can reduce our intake on these foods, or we can add these foods with more alkaline foods if we cannot resist them. We can add carrots when we roast our beef, or add seaweeds into our porkstews…etc.

Six reasons for acidic body in modern times
  1. Unreasonable dietary structure - Experts point out that ideal acid vs. alkaline ratio for dietary habit is 1:3. Our modern diet usually consists of finely polished white rice, white flour, chicken, duck, fish, meat, and eggs. All of these are acidic in nature. If our diet based on these for a long time, our dietary habit ratio is 3:1 instead. Long term ingestion of more acidic food is the most important reason that causes our body to turn acidic.
  2. Insufficient exercises - Exercise under the sun makes us sweat. This helps us expel extra acidic waste. However, most of us drive in cars instead of walking, significantly reducing our exercising opportunities. After a while, acidic wastes stay in our bodies longer, making our bodies more acidic.
  3. Too much stress - Modern tempo quickens everyone’s daily rhythms. Living, working, and emotions all bear levels of pressure. When pressure does not get a release, it makes our bodies acidic.
  4. Less than ideal habits - Smoking, drinking are typical acidic. Smoking and drinking without controls easily get acidic body.
  5. Irregular lifestyle - Partying all night, drinking and singing in night clubs without proper rest intensify the acidic tendency.
  6. Environmental Pollution - Heavy pollution in our drinking water, agricultural products, meat, poultries, fish, and eggs cause serious harmful effect. Its acidic elements stay on in our bodies and make our bodies acidic.
